National Leadership Academy

Three academies

The same 23 disciplines, written three times

A nineteen-year-old with no work history, a manager studying at ten at night, and a director deciding on Monday do not need the same book. They need the same subject, asked of them differently. So each academy has its own structure, its own vocabulary, its own standard and its own award.

An honest note

What is open, and what is not

The Certification Academy is open and is the 23 certifications NLA has been selling all along, under the name that describes them. The Youth Academy and the Executive Business Program are previews: their pages are real, their structure is decided, and neither is on sale, because writing the same material a second and third time for genuinely different readers is the work — not re-skinning what exists and charging again for it.

NLA Academy issues professional certifications. It is not an accredited degree-granting institution and none of these three awards is an academic degree.
