Levels 5 to 8 of the Young Leader programme. The first half builds a child's confidence; this half asks them to use it on behalf of other people.
What changes
The shift from “I can” to “we can”
Levels 1–4 are about the child: speaking up, being a friend, helping, listening. From level 5 the questions turn outward — how do you solve a problem with people who disagree, how do you include someone being left out, how do you finish something you promised.
