Yes. Certificates are registry records. One issued in error or obtained dishonestly is revoked, and the public verification reflects that.

Yes. Every Young Leader level ends with an assessment with a fixed pass mark and issues a verifiable certificate. There are no participation certificates.

Then what is the certificate worth?

Can a certificate be revoked?
