Parent, teacher, or school

The programme is bought by an adult and used by a Young Leader. Who buys it decides how the accounts are set up and who can see the progress. Pick the one that describes you.

For parents

I am buying for my own Young Leaders

A parent or guardian at home.

  • Choose how many Young Leaders and pay for exactly that many places.
  • You create each Young Leader’s account yourself — children never sign up on their own.
  • See every Young Leader’s reading, chapters and quiz results from your dashboard.
  • The place belongs to the Young Leader. A parent account manages; it is not an adult course.

For teachers

I teach Young Leaders privately

A tutor or teacher with their own group.

  • Tailored to your group: as many places as you teach, and only the levels you use.
  • You create the student accounts directly; no parent account is attached.
  • Your classroom dashboard shows each student’s real progress, and you set their homework.
  • Your workspace is yours — NLA staff cannot see your students’ work or reports.

For schools & organisations

I am enrolling a whole cohort

A school, district or company.

  • Custom: unlimited users, more workspaces, and the platform carrying your own name and colours.
  • Your own administrators, managers and teachers, each with their own seats under one workspace.
  • Your staff join with your organisation’s email domain and your join code; you add the Young Leaders.
  • Your workspace is yours — NLA holds your account and billing record and nothing about your learners.

How many Young Leaders are you buying for?

One place per Young Leader. Buying for more than one applies the multi-buy discount automatically — the total on the right is exactly what you will be charged.

  • All 8 Young Leader levels, illustrated, with the Interactive AI Book.
  • A certificate for every level the Young Leader earns, verifiable by its number.
  • Your dashboard shows each Young Leader’s pages read, chapters passed and quiz accuracy.
  • Their progress is saved to their account — a new device continues where they stopped.

Signed in as a teacher? The same block buys studentplaces: the accounts you create are yours, and your class’s performance is visible to you alone — NLA staff cannot see it.

A parent or teacher account manages children and their progress; it does not include the adult programmes, which are bought separately on the pricing page.

The journey

8 levels that grow with your Young Leader

Each level teaches one discipline through an illustrated story, with adaptive quizzes and a badge to earn. A Young Leader starts at their age, not at Level 1.

Inside the Interactive AI Book

A story that reads back

Every level opens in the Interactive AI Book: the story is read aloud, hard words are explained, scenes are acted out by the book’s own characters, and a quiz at the end of each chapter decides when the next one opens.

  • Read-aloud and simplify
  • Explain a word, in child language
  • Animated lesson scenes
  • Chapter quizzes that gate progress
  • Badges, streaks and a daily challenge
  • A grown-ups report for the adult

A cohort, one agreement

Tell us your numbers and the academy prices the whole agreement for your size — invoiced, not paid by card. Your administrator runs the roster from their own dashboard, your staff join with your email domain, and your teachers get the Young Leader Guide for Teachers.

  • Your own managers and teachers, each with their own seats.
  • Students join with your organisation’s code — no individual sign-ups.
  • Classroom performance stays with your teachers, not with NLA.
  • The Teacher’s Guide: chapter-by-chapter lesson scripts for every book.

Already a partner? Your administrator opens the roster at the institution dashboard.

Questions

Parent & teacher questions

What ages is the Young Leader programme for?+

Ages 4–12, across 8 levels. Young Leaders join at the level that matches their age — there is no need to start at Level 1 if your Young Leader is older.

Who buys it, and who uses it?+

An adult always buys and an adult always creates the accounts — children never sign themselves up. A parent buys places for their own children; a teacher buys places for their class; a school is provisioned as an organisation. Who buys decides who can see the progress.

How does my Young Leader sign in?+

You create each Young Leader’s account with a username and password you choose. They sign in with that username — no email address, and no sign-up form for a Young Leader to fill in. Their progress is saved to their account, so it follows them to any device.

Are the classes live?+

No, by design. Lessons are illustrated stories and animations your Young Leader moves through at their own pace, with quizzes that adapt. Adults see the progress from their own dashboard.

Is it safe for my Young Leader?+

Everything happens inside a monitored platform with no unmonitored child-to-child interaction. A Young Leader account can only be created by the adult who paid for the place.

Do Young Leaders get real certificates?+

Yes. Every level ends with an assessment carrying a fixed pass mark, and every certificate carries a registry number anyone can check publicly at /verify.

Still deciding?

Every level’s introduction is free to read, and the academy answers questions directly.
