Not training in a subject — eight structured sittings of judgement inside it. Each Session gives you the pack, puts a decision in front of you, and asks what you would do and what it costs. MBA-level curriculum, delivered as the work rather than as a course.

The NLA MBA opens when all twenty-three Programs have been set at this level — the same disciplines, examined the way a board examines a decision. Enrolment is not open and nothing here is on sale yet.

The award, and its limits
An Executive Certificate issued by NLA Academy, alongside the position paper you filed. It names the Program, carries a number anyone can verify, and states its own standing in print.
The curriculum is MBA-level in scope. The NLA MBA is not an MBA: NLA Academy is not an accredited degree-granting institution, awards no degrees, and carries no academic credit.

Each Session is a short set of Exhibits — the frameworks and the case, nothing padding it out.
Make the Call
A decision with a stated cost. Passing means reaching a defensible position, not recalling a term.
File the position paper
The Board Review closes the Program. The award is the certificate and the paper together.

The standard, in full
- Session
- A short set of Exhibits — the frameworks and the case.
- Judgement Call
- Closes each Session. Pass mark 70%.
- Board Review
- Closes the Program. Pass mark 75%. Sat open-pack, with the material in front of you.
- Retake
- Immediate. Nothing is withheld for a waiting period.
- Standing
- Executive on the first day and on the last. The Program does not issue a grade.
- Executive Certificate
- Issued in your name, carrying a number anyone can check.

Rationale
Why it is built this way
Situations, not definitions
A Judgement Call gives you a position to take and a cost to accept. There is no vocabulary test at this level and pretending otherwise would insult the audience.
You set the schedule
Enrolment ends in eight dates, not a receipt — pre-filled a week apart, all editable, all skippable. Nothing is emailed and nothing counts down at you.
It states its own limits
MBA-level curriculum. This is not an MBA, NLA Academy does not award degrees, and that sentence appears wherever the award is named rather than in a footnote.

Is this an MBA?
No. The curriculum is MBA-level in scope — finance, strategy, operations, organisational behaviour — and the award is an NLA Academy Executive Certificate. NLA does not award degrees and is not an accredited degree-granting institution.
How is it different from the Certification Academy?
The Certification Academy tests whether you know the discipline, closed-book, against a published pass mark. This asks what you would do inside it, with the material open. Different question, different product, same subject.
Is there a cohort?
Not a scheduled one. You set your own eight dates and work through the Sessions at that pace.
