What this program is
One discipline, worked through as 8 sessions. Each Session ends in a Judgement Call. The Board Review is open-pack — the material is in front of you, because the question is what you decide with it.
The syllabus publishes when this program opens. It covers the same discipline the Certification Academy covers — the difference is how it is divided, what each part is called, and how you are tested on it. You are not being sold a different subject; you are being sold it in a form that suits you.
What you end with
An Executive Certificate issued by NLA Academy, alongside the position paper you filed. It names the Program, carries a number anyone can verify, and states its own standing in print.
