Introduction

Wavetech Holdings Group is an international technology company based in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

The company designs, develops, manufactures, and implements customer flow management, as well as the self service solutions that are aimed at improving the customer experience in retail stores for clients. The company provides a wide range of customer experience solutions which make it easier for the businesses to measure, organize, and manage the customer flow in the business, hence making it easier to serve the clients in the best way possible. Wavetech has managed to put various branches in different countries and has regional offices in Dubai, Mexico, Nairobi, Karachi, Riyadh, Peru, Santiago, and Barcelona (Wavetech, 2020).

The specialty of the company includes the provision of customer experience solutions, self-service kiosks, digital Wavetech Holdings Group signage, stocks and news ticker, video walls, financial market displays as well as the customer feedback solutions. The services provided by the company enables the client companies to improve their businesses and as a result, make a significant amount of profit that makes it easier for the company to grow and serve clients even better. The company was founded in 1986 and has been growing ever since, to the point that it has exploited the international market and served a good number of clients.

The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified, which makes it to be trusted among present and prospective clients in the market. Wavetech has grown from a small software development hub in South Asia to one of the biggest companies in the world that is well interconnected and provides real solutions that are needed by the clients in their respective markets (Wavetech, 2020).

The company is made up of more than 170 skilled members that enable the company to serve clients in the best way and to achieve much needed client satisfaction in the market. It has partnerships with more than 60 distributors worldwide to ensure that the products and services that they sell reach the clients in different places in the world (Wavetech, 2020).

Mission & Vision

Wavetech Holdings Group has a mission to provide clients with cutting edge solutions that will enable them to meet their business needs in the market, and serve the clients in the best way possible. The company is dedicated to its mission by making sure that the products and services that it produces meet the international market standards.

Making sure that the products meet the needs of the clients is a sure way of making the company successful in its mission (Wavetech, 2020).

Vision Statement The vision of the company is to be one of the best providers of customer service solutions to clients around the world. The company sticks to its vision by conducting the necessary research and understanding the needs of clients, then finding out the best way of meeting those needs. Research enables the companies to identify areas of concern then come up with ways of dealing with them appropriately. The company also focuses on its mission by upholding the greatest standards through its values and the strict code of conduct. The company also takes the experiences that they face in the market as a new challenge that should be worked on effectively (Wavetech, 2020).

Team and Organizational Structure The chief executive officer oversees all the activities that take place in the company. The CEO has a deputy that helps in overseeing functions of the company. The deputy CEO of the company answers to the CEO, and the latter is answerable to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is led by the chairperson who makes sure that the company works the way it is supposed to.

The company is made up of departments that are led by managers who answer to the CEO. The company is made up of two departments that ensure that the company serves clients in the market in the best way possible. Those departments include production and marketing. In the production department, the manager is in charge of the foreman, who is in charge of fabrication and assembly. The foremen have a group of workers that works to ensure the company meets the needs of clients in the market. In case the workers face a problem, they contact the foremen, who then channel the issue to the managers, and they will channel the issue to the CEO. However, there are some problems that can be dealt with at the lower level, and there are others that are very serious and may require the attention of top management. The manager of the sales department is in charge of the sales officers who manage a group of salespeople that are in charge of making sure that the finished products of the company get to clients in the market (Wavetech, 2020).

The company had to continue with its operations and in doing so, following all the measures that have been put in place by the government to limit the spread of COVID-19. The governments in various countries where the company operates came up with various measures that were aimed at fighting the spread of COVID-19. Major restructuring was done in the production department, where the number of employees was reduced and they had to work in shifts to ensure that they met the requirements that had been put in place. The sales team had to work online more than they worked in the field and only went to the field when necessary (Wavetech, 2020).

Product Description

s The company provides various products and services to their clients and are aimed at meeting their needs in the market. The products and services that are provided by the company include provision of the customer experience solutions, self-service kiosks, digital signage, stocks and news ticker, video walls, and financial market displays, as well as the customer feedback solutions (Wavetech, 2020).

Business Strategies

Companies have various strategies that enable them to succeed in the market. Business strategies are important because they help businesses in market positioning. The company has put in place methods that it is going to use to meet the objectives that the company has set. One of the most important strategies that the company uses is to provide the best products that will meet the needs of clients. They then market the products and services to the clients using the mainstream media and social media (Wavetech, 2020).

Operational Strategies

Operational strategies refer to the measures that a company puts in place to meet its goals and objectives in the market. The mission of the company is to provide clients with cutting edge solutions that will enable them to meet their business needs in the market and serve clients in the best way possible. To meet the objective, the company conducts the necessary research in the market and finds out various ways of serving them in the best way possible. The company communicates with clients on a regular basis in order to meet their needs in the market. The company also recruits the best talent to ensure that it serves the clients in the best way possible (Wavetech, 2020).

Marketing Strategy

Having the best marketing strategy is important because it is one of the important ways of making clients aware of the products that are being sold in the market. The company uses various marketing strategies to market products to their clients. The company has a social media marketing strategy that involves reaching the clients through the social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The company shares adverts on social media, on Twitter and Instagram, and uses a LinkedIn account to connect with future clients and prospective employees. The company also has social media accounts that it uses to communicate with clients directly. The company also sends its sales executives into the field to look for clients. The company also places adverts in both mainstream media and print media with an aim of reaching clients in the market. The company is also involved in corporate social responsibility that enables it to have a good standing with the clients (Wavetech, 2020).

Challenges Faced by the Company and Its Successful Practices One of the major challenges the company faces in the market is the increase in competition from companies that provide similar products and services to clients in the market. The other challenge that the company has faced is the fact that policies that have been put in place by various nations in the world are not friendly for businesses. The other challenge that the company has faced is to increase the number of clients that it serves in the market.

Overcoming Challenges The company has managed to deal with competition through the provision of the best products and services that stand out from the ones that are sold by the competitors in the market. The company has dealt with the challenge of an unfavorable business environment by avoiding the countries in question, or by finding ways of meeting the demands that have been put in place by the government in question. The company has dealt with serving the increasing number of clients in the market by increasing the capacity of the company and increasing the number of employees. The company has also increased the number of offices so that it can serve the clients in the best way possible (Wavetech, 2015).

Growth of the Company The company was founded in 1986 and has been growing ever since, to the point that it has exploited the international market and served a good number of clients. It then obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Recommendations

The company needs to expand more to reach clients in the market. The company needs to improve marketing strategies in the countries where it operates to ensure that it meets a bigger clientele in those areas. The company also needs to increase the number of employees so that it can serve clients in the best way possible.

Wavetech Holdings Group is an international technology company that is based in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. The growth of a business is possible if the necessary measures are put in place. Product diversification is one of the important ways of meeting the needs of clients in the market. When expanding, it is important for the company to look for the best way possible so that it does not face the danger of collapsing as a result of unsustainable expansion. Social media marketing is one of the most important ways of meeting clients since many of them have invested in social media.
