Using this in your work

Can I cite this in my dissertation?
Yes. Every published paper carries a title, author and publication date on its page — cite it as you would any working paper or industry report. If your department needs a specific citation format, ask us and we will send it.
Can I use a case study in a class I teach?
Yes, freely, with attribution to the NLA Case Study Center. The facilitator notes exist precisely for that. For a whole cohort, seat accounts add progress tracking, but nothing here requires one.
Is there a fee, or a sign-up?
Neither. No account, no email wall. The academy sells courses and coaching; putting a gate on research would undercut the point of publishing it.
Can I contribute my own research?
Yes — the Research Center is organised into departments that review submissions, and submissions is the route in. Graduate work is welcome.
