Organizational Structure

The law firm was founded by Ali Hasan Yousif Hasan Al Hammadi and Magdy Elbery. Al Hammadi (founder and owner) has been working in the CID (Criminal Investigation Department) in Abu Dhabi for seven years and has been working as a lawyer since 2014, and Magdy Elbery (CEO and partner) has 19 years of legal experience in local and international legal services and consultations. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Egypt in 2001, and since then, he has participated in resolving several high profile disputes.

The law firm has four departments, namely, the legal department composed of three legal advisors/ consultants, one legal assistant and one legal secretary, the courts department with offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai composed of five lawyers specializing in criminal and civil dispute, criminal and rent dispute, labor dispute and family and civil dispute, the accounting department, composed of the accountant and a financial advisor, and the collection department with the collection officer and the office clerk.

Conducting this study is enlightening on my part as a researcher because I can see the correlation between issues and competitions to the business.
